Nanjing Spare was founded in May 1995, located in Jiangning Economic and Technologi- cal Development Zone, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is a technology-centered enterprise integrating production, technology, R&D, trade and construction. The company is mainly engaged in glass fiber reinforced composite pultruded profile products technology, product and special equipment development and construction, installation. Widely used in construction and infrastructure, chemical energy, sewage treatment, road traffic, marine engineering, power engineering, military field, agricultural farming and other industries, and exported to the United States, the European Union, the Middle East, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.

The company is divided into two factories in Jiangsu and Liaoning, Jiangsu factory covers an area of 47 ,000 square meters, Liaoning factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters. The company has a total of about 300 employees, including more than 40 profes- sional and technical personnel, more than 200 skilled workers. It has 50 pultrusion produc- tion lines of various specifications, processing centers, molding centers, quality inspection centers, research and development centers, and other supporting facilities.
