As the world turns its attention to Paris for the 2024 Olympics, we reflect on our own remarkable journey in the FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) industry. Although our company is not directly involved in the Olympic Games, we are excited to see the global spotlight shine on France once again, just as it did last year during our participation in the French JEC Exhibition.

The new energy industry is rapidly emerging, and within this context, the utilization of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) has gained increasing attention. To delve deeper into its significance, this article outlines the key advantages of FRP and its detailed applications in the new energy sector.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), widely used in construction and insulation, has been confirmed to pose no significant long-term health risks. Research by the National Academy of Sciences and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) shows that FRP does not increase the risk of respiratory system cancer.

Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) products manufactured through the pultrusion process are becoming a transformative solution in the aquaculture industry. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and customized for the marine environment, these FRP innovations are revolutionizing the way we farm aquatic species.

On October 28, we conducted a load-bearing test on our Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) pallets, placing 39 scales of 20KG each on the pallet for a total weight of 780KG, significantly above the original design load of 500KG. After 24 hours under static load, the FRP pallet showed remarkable resilience and stability, validating its suitability for high-load environments.

The Qingdao Golden Land Bay project's connecting corridor features 800*300 large rectangular tubes from Spare. Pultruded and formed, each profile weighs 33 kg per meter and requires over 1,700 yarns for production. Despite its size, the corridor is 80% lighter than a steel structure of the same size, facilitating easy installation and construction. The technically challenging production process required Spare to create a specialized mold for pultrusion molding. Effortlessly lifted into place with just a wheel and axle, it saves time and effort on-site.
