In a major development for renewable energy, the latest FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) blades are set to transform wind turbine technology. Developed through extensive research and engineering, these blades offer tangible benefits that address long-standing challenges in the wind energy sector.

The Rama 8 Bridge in Bangkok was commissioned in 2001 and spans the Chao Phraya River with a length of 475 metres. The bridge is designed with SPARE FRP pultruded panels for durability and aesthetics, reducing wind resistance and maintenance costs.

The roofing material used is FRP deck supplied by Spare, which has a light weight and a thickness of 40cm. The width of the FRP deck is 500cm and its length can be adjusted according to the design requirements, with a maximum length of 3000cm. The FRP deck serves as both the top and bottom layers of the roof ridge, with the top layer being connected to waterproof corrugated boards and fixed with hanging tile strips, and the bottom layer being fixed with a secondary keel.
